Sunday is family day for every Filipino family, especially for our kids they look forward to weekends as this are the days were they can relax after a whole week of school activities and they get to bond with their parents who were also tired from a week long work at the office or client projects and meetings. And one of the best way to enjoy family weekends is watching movies and eating out. Well, it's better if you had it for F.R.E.E. right?

Last Sunday, since we left our kids in the morning to attend an event and we came late due to so much traffic in the parking lot of one of the malls in Mandaluyong, we decided to treat them after attending the Sunday mass.

Our Kuya Erky was a fan of Toy Story from 1 to 3, this is one
of the movie he used to grow up with. And also, we would want our baby bunso #ZekydGreat to experience the same joy our Kuya Erky does when he was Zeky's age. We were able to avail the Kids Watch for Free at SM Cinema for Zeky since he's still below 4ft.

All of us enjoyed the movie so much. It turns us back to our childhood, the Woody and Jessy in us still lives on. Thank You @smcinema_northedsa for the free movie for our #ZekydGreat. He enjoyed it very much. *We've already paid for our Kuya Erky as he grown so much and he's more than 4ft already.

After the movie we've head off to eat since we didn't bring food to the cinema when we watched the movie, only popcorn's off course. Dropped by at @maxschicken at SM North Edsa, we've found out that they have this promo for kids as well. Kids aged 10 and below eat for free as long as they're accompanied with 1 full paying adult.

What a Sunday! Had 2 promos in one day. The free meal for kids includes a glass of Sago't Gulaman, Pancit, Fries and 1pc chicken.

Though we were expecting a spaghetti instead of the Pancit and the missing in action dessert bar. Since we were 2 adults our 2kids had their own meals, meaning we've had 2 free meals for our kids. So nice❤️❤️❤️, the budgetarian Mom in me was so happy😁😁😁. Please take note that the free meal for kids only applies every Weekend, Friday-Sunday, promo runs until Dec 29, 2019.

Donate a Book by SM and Book Donation Drive by IBM Club PH

Before we had our first child I always knew that I will make sure my kids will grow up reading books like I used to be ever since I was a kid. And I am glad my son Erky grew up reading any books. I would say his a bookworm at his very young age of 10.

Even before he started going to school we already had a mountain of books at home. When we go to the mall he always wanted to drop by at any bookstore he had his eyes on.

And because of that, we wanted to give back. We want less fortunate kids to experience the joy in reading as much as we do. We always look for Book Donation Drive anywhere. And we're happy that for this month we've found 2 Book Donation Drive to be given for the public schools here in the Philippines.

The DONATE A BOOK by SM Supermalls, #SMShareMovement. The good with this book drive is you get to have a 50peso Discount Coupon for every books or bundle of books you shared. The discount coupon can be used when you purchase on a minimum of 500 single receipt purchase at SM Stationery.

Another Book Donation Drive is within the company I am currently employed. The IBM Book Donation Drive 2019, my post is a little bit too late as the deadline for submission will be on the 4th of July, but still, there is still time to pack your old books, used textbooks from Private Schools and pre-loved books. Instead of just letting those old books stocked in your bookshelves, why not give less fortunate kids to have that opportunity to read what you have been fond of reading. 

For this Book Donation Drive, it will be shared to Kalantiyaw Elementary School but if the club receives more books than expected then more public elementary schools will be reached.

Part of my daily morning routine after completing my night shift is washing my face with this new found favorite - Baking Powder B.B Deep Cleansing Foam by Etude House.

Been using this for more than 2 weeks now and I can say the result was satisfying. I noticed my breakouts have stopped from getting worse (having problem with breakouts due to stress for months now🤫), it dries up the acne on my face and even lightens dark spots on it. Aside from that freshly feel after using this facial foam, I also notice that my skin is not too oily anymore. It doesn't feel sticky as well. When I say fresh I mean fresh, really really fresh. Especially these days when it's too hot in the morning and then suddenly rain will fall in the afternoon or evening.
I've been using this 3 times a day, morning, noon and nighttime before I get to work. That's it! And the freshness is real, so how many times have I've mentioned fresh?!?🤭

But don't get me wrong here peeps, aside from using B.B Deep Cleansing Foam by Etude House as my facial foam, I still have a couple of things to use for my face as my daily regimen (will write in a separate post), cause as mentioned previously I've been having problems with my breakouts lately. Let's just say what's left would be just the result of lack of sleep due to night shift schedules.

Manila Ocean Park Itinerary 2018

October 30, 2018



#ZekydGreat's 2nd Birthday Celebration at H2O Hotel and Manila Ocean Park. We did buy the MARINE VOYAGE (15) package for our tour, this is inclusive of 15 attractions already. Each ticket cost 995 pesos, this price is for their Yuletide Deals promo from October 1 to November 30, 2018.
Since we have a birthday celebrant we were able to buy the Special Birthday Blowout - Marine Voyage (3+1). For 1 birthday celebrant, he must be able to bring 3 full paying guest to avail the free birthday ticket. What a deal right?

Day 1: October 30, 2018 - We finish first all the attractions that are located in the Ground /1st floor so we won't forget anything that is included in our package since we did get the package that has all the attractions included and please note that if you are not checked in at the H2O hotel you won't be able to use it again some other day (not like before when if you're not able to visit all the attractions in your package as long as you have the stub or the ticket with you, you can still use it for 6months if I remember it right). But since we are checked in for 2 days and 3 nights we can just have it re-validated the next day or until we checked out from the hotel.
Sadly, it was the coming of Typhoon Rosita and it was raining hard on our 1st-day tour, that is why the Symphony Evening Show has already been canceled and it was replaced with the Jellies Exhibit.

Below are the attractions we were able to finish visiting for our 1st day (in ascending order)

Day 2: October 31, 2018 - We checked out first from the hotel before we proceed with our 2nd-day tour at Manila Ocean Park because we really want to finish all attractions that are included in our package. Another sad thing is, as much as we've tried, we weren't able to finish all attractions that are included in our package because it was raining hard on our 1st day, so we weren't able to try the Neon Rides. While on our 2nd day the start of Neon Rides is 4pm and we're already done with our tour before 2pm. Sadly our neon rides were forfeited already.

Himalaya HERBALS Purifying Neem (Facial Wash)

So lately I've been having problems with my acne. Suddenly my acne's keeps on multiplying in my face, maybe because of too much stress daily, plus with less than 8hrs or sleep, I am lucky enough if I'm able to complete a 4 hours sleep but that will be a once in a blue moon event during this days. It was really frustrating looking for a product that will help me with my skin problem, especially with my face. I cannot just use anything I would want to use as my face skin is quite sensitive. Normally I would look for a product that is natural and herbal. That's why when I found this product in Hypermarket I grab it at once.

The texture of this facial wash is a gel type. So the first time I use it, it really felt different compared to the other products I've used before. It hasn't dried up my skin, it felt moistured already even before I put on my moisturizer. I didn't even use any cleanser after using this. I put on moisturizer directly after washing my face with Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash,

THE RESULT:

Since I've purchased this on October 15, 2018, I never stopped using it. Been using it 3times a day, 1st-before I sleep in the morning(since I am working on night shift), 2nd-when I woke up in the afternoon or when I took a bath, 3rd-before I go to work in the evening. Also, when I came from outside and I felt my face was dirty already I washed it again since I never find using it more than 3 times a day harmful because it never dries up my skin.

As of October 19, 2018, I still have a few acne's, whiteheads and blackheads on my face but it never felt dry anymore and there's no more itch since as mentioned it never dries up my skin, and besides it was just 4days ago then when I started using it.

From October 15-19 result. 

I'll be posting more photos for the result. Still using it 'til now. I will update after a month of using Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash with the changes in my face. Will really give this a try for a month, hopefully, this will help with my acne problems. I will also try their different products including the toothpaste, hopefully, I'll be able to find one soon.
