What we personally love about Papa Diddi's Ice Cream is the fact that every flavor they're offering and serving to their customers has their own stories. So better try and enjoy it while it lasts, they're having it serve until 3 Kings only.

Brazo de Mercedes
Owner Sir Paul Reyes's favorite flavor. He likes the Brazo de Mercedes flavor as much as most Pinoys do, including our whole fam. And as we know most Pinoys whether in higher, middle or lower range lifestyle include cakes in their Noche Buena or Media Noche tables, including our loved Brazo de Mercedes. So why not make it a tandem this coming holiday?
This Brazo de Mercedes didn't just put into Ice Cream the flavors we used to know, they've made it even better, and we love it!
Quezo de Bola in Birds Nest with Rice Krispies
Of all the 3 Christmas flavors this is my most favorite! 💯% #RECOMMENDED. Made from the famous Queso de Bola Filipino's served on Christmas and New Year. In our own home, Queso de Bola only makes it as a display to our table rather than consume it like we do with Christmas Ham. Sometimes it would even last for months inside the refrigerator. And that's the reason why the Queso de Bola flavor was created. Why not make our usual Queso de Bola more enjoyable and exciting to eat? Right? In this creamy with a little bit salty flavor for an Ice Cream plus the rice Krispies is really good and not "nakakaumay", we can really never go wrong. For sure you and your family can finish one gallon if you serve it on Christmas and New Year's Eve on the same night.
